锆英砂产品介绍

锆英砂是一种以锆的硅酸盐(ZrSiO4)为主要组成的矿物，理论组成为ZrO2：67.1；SiO2：32.9，主要化学组成为ZrO2、SiO2及少量Fe2O3、Al2O3等杂质。比重4.64.71，莫氏硬度为78级，折射率1.93－2.01，熔点21902420。

锆英砂理化指标

锆英砂的特点
1、热膨胀系数小，性能可与锆英砂媲美，用其配制型砂，铸件不会产生膨胀缺陷；
2、砂粒为球形，流动性好，易舂实，且透气性好；

锆英砂用途

锆英砂（锆英石）极耐高温，其熔点达2750。并耐酸腐蚀。世界上有80的直接用于铸造工业、陶瓷、玻璃工业以及制造耐火材料。少量的用于铁合金、医药、油漆、制革、磨料、化工及核工业。极少量的用于冶炼 。

含ZrO26566的锆英石砂因其耐熔性(熔点2500以上)而直接用作铸造厂铁金属的铸型材料。锆英石砂具有较低的热膨胀性、较高的导热性，而且较其他普通耐熔材料有较强的化学稳定性，因此优质锆英石和其他各种粘合剂一起有良好的粘结性而用于铸造业。锆英石砂也用作玻璃窑的砖块。而锆英石砂和锆英石粉与其他耐熔材料混合还有其他用途。

锆英石用于耐火材料（称锆质耐火材料，如锆刚玉砖，锆质耐火纤维），铸造行业铸型用砂（精密铸件型砂），精密搪瓷器具，此外也用于玻璃、金属（海绵锆）以及锆化合物（二氧化锆、氯氧化锆、锆酸钠、 、 锆等）的生产中。适于消失模、履膜砂、水玻璃砂、树脂砂、精密铸造及铜、铝件的抛光清理。

可制作玻璃窑的锆英石砖，盛钢桶用锆英石砖、捣打料和浇注料；添加到其它材料中可改善其性能，如合成堇青石中添加锆英砂，可拓宽堇青石的烧结范围，而又不影响其热震稳定性；在高铝砖中添加锆英砂，制造抗剥落高铝砖，热震稳定性大大提高；还可用于提取ZrO2。
