这个牌号其实*早是德国的牌号，日本也用，后来国内钢厂宝钢引入，代表的是的热轧钢板（它对应的冷轧板就是SPCC），相当于国标GB699（优质碳素结构钢国家标准）中的10#、15#钢的热轧板，他们的含碳量范围是0.1-0.15％左右。
